We sourced the best flour, tomatoes and cheeses. We use wholesome, high quality meats and veggies. These are seasoned and cooked in the oven. Our dough is made in-house, and fermented over 36 hours to emanate the most succulent flavour. The lasting perfume of the alder wood burning in the stone oven, mixed with the oils and herbs creates a lasting impression. A completely reinvented flavour.
